La LO 1/2025, de 2 de enero, supondrá un cambio en la estructura y planta del sistema judicial español.  A lo largo de 2025, irán desapareciendo los juzgados hasta ahora conocidos y en su lugar se crearán los tribunales de instancia compuestos de secciones civiles y penales en cada partido judicial.  La transformación se culminará a 31 de diciembre de 2025.
